I’ve been desire the salty, briny flavor of kalamata olives of late, thus I bought some of olives off the olive/salad bar at the market, combined them with a will of diced tomatoes, a number of herbs, and created an exquisite sauce for this pan Chicken with pasta and Olives. The pasta and chicken cook right within the same pan because the tomato and olive sauce, maximising the flavour and ensuring not a drop of goodness is lost. Plus, my favorite bonus of getting everything cook in one skillet: fewer dishes to wash. Woot!
If you have got a number of additional greenbacks, a trifle broken feta would be superb on this. Or, if you’re lucky enough to possess a basil plant, attempt thinly slicing some recent basil to sprinkle over high when change of state.
